I’m Thibaut (Tib), the founder of Alchemy and a passionate coffee enthusiast based in Busselton. With several years of experience in the coffee industry and owner of a successful Cafe (Bistro Breton), I have developed a deep appreciation for the art of brewing and the science behind it. My journey began as a cafe owner, where I honed my skills and discovered my love for sharing knowledge with others.

I believe that great coffee is about more than just the beans; it’s about the technique, the experience, and the joy it brings to people. This passion led me to create a barista training program aimed at helping coffee lovers, aspiring baristas, advanced baristas and café owners to elevate their skills.
